- You must provide accurate information while listing or joining groups.
- Any misleading or offensive content will be removed without prior notice.
- EPCLAND reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user-agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string (hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly.
Media Uploads
If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can extract location data from images.
Cookies
- If you leave a comment, you can opt to save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience, lasting one year.
- A temporary cookie is set when visiting the login page to check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

2. Listing Categories & Guidelines
2.1. Industry Expertise: Professionals must provide valid credentials.
2.2. WhatsApp & Telegram Groups: Only industry-related groups are allowed. Spam-related listings will be removed.
2.3. YouTube Channels: Must be relevant to Piping Engineering or the EPC industry.
3. Paid Listings & Packages
3.1. Free Listings: Basic information will be displayed publicly.
3.2. Paid Listings: Additional visibility and features are provided as per the selected package.
3.3. Payment Terms: Payments must be completed via the WooCommerce checkout system.
4. Content Ownership & Liability
4.1. User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of your listings but grant EPCLAND the right to display them.
4.2. Liability Disclaimer: EPCLAND is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted listings.
5. Termination & Suspension
5.1. Account Suspension: Accounts violating the terms may be suspended without notice.
5.2. Reporting Issues: Users can report inappropriate listings via our contact form.
