1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a system error.
- Listing not published due to a technical issue on our end.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- If a listing is published and visible, refunds are not applicable.
- If a listing is removed due to policy violations, no refund will be provided.
- Lack of expected responses from a listing does not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted to [support@epcland.com] within 24 hours of purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 25-45 business days to the original payment method.
